Most large business decisions are still made on instinct. Rigorous statistical analysis is slow, scarce, and expensive. Yet the numbers behind these decisions are almost always computable. The evidence exists, and so does the mathematics. What has been missing is the capacity to do the work for every decision that deserves it.
Praevidere is building Nightingale to close that gap. It collects the evidence, draws the graph, and returns the answer as a distribution, with every source attached. The evidence can be public, proprietary, or both. The agent is independent of any model provider. Where required, the full workload stays on the client's own infrastructure.

We are three founders: an applied scientist, a quantitative analyst, and a jurist. Between us, we have built and stress-tested frontier AI systems, priced uncertainty in asset management, and worked inside regulated institutions.
We hold the work to the standards those fields demand, because a number that informs a real decision must survive scrutiny.
